- Operations team to ensure your deliveries are routed in a timely manner set by yourselves and to appease your customers’ needs
- Team to oversee the stock levels and update yourselves weekly on numbers
- Customer service team to book in deliveries with the customers
- Ensure routes are always full where possible to ensure costs are kept to a minimum
- IT system for route management and costs
- Full stock take system from inputting stock onto the system and when a delivery is routed for a particular product the stock is removed from the list
- All of this would take a lot of pressure away from yourselves and allow you to concentrate on sales and managing your company
- All of your customers will be informed within 24 hours when the orders are downloaded onto our system, and called with a delivery slot to see if they are able to accept
